Minimum 5 years work experience in Dubai real estate sales and leasing; strong understranding of freehold / leasheold policies & structures in Dubai; excellent communication and presentation skills; a teamplayer but also capable of working independently; self driven; dedicated and hardworking. 

Responsible for meeting monthly targets; creating a good working relationship with developers, investors and labdlords; generating leads; creating advertisements thru online portals; arranging viewings and closing deals
